Walking Football

Walking football is a modified version of traditional football (soccer) that is played at a slower pace and without running. It's designed to encourage physical activity among older individuals or those with reduced mobility. Players must keep one foot on the ground at all times, promoting a walking or shuffling movement instead of running. The game emphasises skill, teamwork, and exercise while reducing the risk of injury associated with faster-paced football.
